Nezuko has come into heat on the 21st of December, she will start the process for progesterone testing soon to determine the perfect timing for insemination.

21st December, 2022 - Day one of heat cycle.

27th December - Day 6 - 1.6nmol/L Progesterone Test

31st December - Day 10 - 3.87nmol/L Progesterone Test

3rd January - Day 13 - 8.6nmol/L Progesterone Test

5th January - Day 15 - 28nmol/L Progesterone test

7th January - Day 17 - TCI Insemination, semen quality 3-30% vitality very low quality

9th January - Day 19 - 68nmol/L Progesterone Test, Vaginal scope determined too late for second TCI Insemeination.

Due to the semen quality, we are not too hopeful that this litter will take place; we will book in for an early ultrasound to check, fingers crossed we have a puppy.
If she isnt pregnant, we will try again next heat cycle.
